Our precious Colton Alan Johnson is forever in our hearts. Born 11 weeks early Colton came out a fighter. We looked forward to the day we would get to take him home, but we never got the chance. Colton passed 25 days after he was born due to complications from being premature. His symptoms came on suddenly and took him quickly. He passed away in his Mommy’s arms. We are so thankful for every moment we had with him. We love you our sweet baby boy. You had a personality like no other and everyone that met you instantly fell in love with you. Mommy and Daddy love you and miss you so much. You are our everything. We know we will one day hold you again. Until then know we love you and think of you every day. Love Always, Mommy and Daddy
