Forever Footprints annual Golf to Remember Tournament is an opportunity for families who have suffered a loss and those who want to support our mission to come together for a day on the green.

Group Registration
Registration is required for all groups, regardless of whether you’ve attended groups before. All new families must complete our intake form before they are eligible to register for groups. The intake form can be found here: https://foreverfootprints.regfox.com/forever-footprints-intake-form

We encourage early registration as some of our groups are capped at a specific number of participants. Finally, due to the sensitive nature of these groups, please do not bring children/babies with you to our in-person or virtual groups.
