On New Year’s Eve, I held you in my arms for the first time. I will never forget how precious your face was when I first laid my eyes on you. Your first finger squeeze will stay in my mind forever. Your little mouth opening and closing as you took your first breaths make my spirit light up. Being able to kiss you and talk to you for the first time were unforgettable moments I cherish everyday. Wrapping you in your first blanket and rocking you in my arms for hours are some of my favorite memories. Dressing you in your first outfit made me such a proud mommy. There will be so many firsts I will never experience with you, but I am so thankful for all the firsts I did have. You will always be mommy’s first baby boy. The love that I have for you will remain woven in my heart forever. I love you baby Kaden…mommy’s little man. I will see you again, for the first time, someday.
