The 2015 OC Walk to Remember will take place at the District at Tustin Legacy.
Online registration: $25, T-shirt is included. Children 10 and under are free. Parking is free. Onsite registration: $30 on the day of the event, T-shirt is subject to availability. Virtual registration: $35 (we will mail you a t-shirt and wristband)
Q: Who can participate in the Walk?
A: Everyone! All walkers age 10 and up need to register. Kids/Babies 9 and under do not need to register, but do need to be listed on your walk registration. Q: Can I participate in the Walk if I’m not registered?
A: For safety and liability reasons, everyone who is walking needs to be registered for the event. Q: What if I am unable to pay the $25 registration fee?
A: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will determine what amount you can pay and we will find someone to sponsor your registration. Q: How can I sponsor someone who cannot afford the registration fee?

A: Yes, we will have a “packet pickup” on Friday, October 9th from 3pm-6pm at the Walk location. Q: Can I bring a stroller to the Walk?
A: Absolutely! However, bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not allowed. Q: Can I bring my pet to the Walk?
A: For safety and liability reasons, we cannot have animals (other than service dogs) at the event. Q: Where do I park?
A: Free parking is available in front of the Valet area, PetSmart and surrounding areas. Q: How far is the walk?
A: Less then 2.5 miles. Q: What if I can’t walk 2.5 miles?
A: There is a Short Route available. Q: What is the Walk Route like?
A: The Walk Route is on paved streets and parking lot with no hills. Q: Will there be food at the Walk?
A: We will have bottled water for free at the Walk. Food will be provided at the post-Walk event (Celebration of Angels) at the Promenade right after the Walk. Q: What is the Celebration of Angels?
A: It is the post-Walk event located in the Promenade. Just follow the signs, across the small parking lot, to the outdoor shops. We will have food samples from various District businesses. Restaurants will be open for purchase as well. Q: Where is the slideshow going to be played?

. Q: Do I have to register each of my children?
A: No, children 10 and under are free. Please list their names and ages on your registration form in the appropriate location. Q: What if I register for the event, but then am unable to attend? Can I have my shirt and program shipped to me?
A: Unfortunately, due to the vast requests, we are unable to mail unclaimed items after the event. However, you are welcome to designate someone to pick up your shirt for you. Q: Why is there a fee to attend the event?
A: Forever Footprints, dba: OC Walk to Remember is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our programs are funded by funds raised and donations made throughout the year. The event itself endures costs to host. Additionally, proceeds from the event are used to fund our various programs that assist our community. For a detailed description of each program, click here

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but registration fees are not refundable. It is considered a tax deductible donation. Q: Can family and friends join us to walk without registering?

A: Unfortunately, for the wall to be printed in time for the event, you must register prior to the September 21st deadline to have your baby’s name on the 2015 memorial wall. Q: Can I purchase a t-shirt the day of the event?
A: Yes, t-shirts will be available at the event on a limited basis. Q: Can I register on site at the event?
A: While on-site registration is available, we encourage you to register ahead of time online to ensure a quick check-in the day of the event. By registering on-site the day of the event, your baby’s name will NOT be on the Memorial Wall. All babies registered onsite the day of the event will have their name read during the memorial ceremony. Day-of registration fees are as follows: $30 per participant Children 10 and under are free T-shirts are only guaranteed to those that pre-register on or before September 28th. Day of registration does not guarantee you a t-shirt. Q: Who do I contact if I would like to help volunteer for the event?

Q: What will happen if there is inclement weather?
A: The OC Walk to Remember, a Forever Footprints event will go on every year, rain or shine! We suggest that you prepare for the weather conditions on the day of the event. Q: If I am unable to attend the event, can you still include my baby in the ceremony?
A: Absolutely! We are honored to remember and celebrate your baby and thank you for sharing your child with us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and your baby’s name will be read aloud during the ceremony. Q: This will be my first year attending. What can I expect?
